Ralph M. Kamell, M.D.
A Fellow of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society of Mohs Surgery, Dr. Kamell founded his private dermatology practice in Thousand Oaks in 1976, which he named Conejo Dermatology Medical Group in 1998. His research and publications have included work on clinical acne, skin allergy, basosquamous cell carcinoma, and sun-damaged skin.
Dr. Kamell received his medical degree from Cornell Medical School after completing his undergraduate education at Cornell University. He completed an internship at the University of California - Irvine, followed by a dermatology residency at UCLA. He is board-certified by the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Board of Laser Surgery, with additional education in BOTOX® Cosmetic and Mohs micrographic surgery.

Michael G. Bodnar, M.D.
Dr. Bodnar has been with Conejo Dermatology since its inception in 1998. Board-certified by the American Academy of Dermatology, he has published articles on dermatological subjects from facial orf (skin lesions) to male breast disease.
Dr. Bodnar received his medical degree in 1994 from Loyola University of Chicago - Stritch Medical School after completing his undergraduate education at the University of California at San Diego.He completed his internship at Loma Linda University, followed by a dermatology residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania.

Jeanette Kamell Mitchell, M.D.
Dr. Mitchell joined Conejo Dermatology in the summer of 2011. She has published over a dozen peer-reviewed academic papers and presented extensively at professional conferences. Dr. Mitchell has a special interest in melanoma awareness education; she founded the National Melanoma Awareness Project and has been appointed as a member of the American Academy of Dermatology Melanoma/Skin Cancer Committee.
Dr. Mitchell received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University. She received her MD from the University of California at Irvine in 2007 and subsequently completed her internship at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. She completed her dermatology residency training at University of California, San Francisco and is a board-certified dermatologist.
